AT EUROTECKS we fully understand the criticality of after sale service and on time service. Therefore, we have built an integrated service team and spare parts super store. Our team of expert technicians provide service not only to the brands of equipment we sell in addition to that we can undertake the service and supply of spare parts for all the brands of cleaning equipment.
We are able to undertake Service Contracts with our customers – a regular maintenance schedule, especially on the bigger and more sophisticated machines, means peace of mind for the user, because of the enhanced productivity of his equipment; it also means potential problems can be nipped in the bud, before they become serious. Doing these things, rather than just talking about it, is what separates the men from the boys. What’s more, we can do it for all the product lines that we represent, not just the brands we sell.
So, our expertise really does extend into this vital area, as well as providing training for our customers’ personnel in the use of the machines that we sell.
We offer service packages( Service Level Agreement-SLA) to our customers with the schedule, this will informed the customer about their machine conditions to make them aware in advance for the necessary service; this way we help them to bring the downtime and the maintenance cost under control.
